1/24/24 - This piano was rebuilt around 30 years ago, with Touch Rail and Dampp-Chaser Piano LifeSaver System added less than 10 years ago.

Augusta Music Box has been maintaining this piano since 2021. It tunes well and maintains its pitch nicely. It also plays well and has a quality, rich sound.

The piano has some cosmetic issues in the soundboard and veneer, but it has a powerful sound and plays consistently.
